Here she is! My big girl on her first day of Kindergaten! I can’t believe it’s already here! I wondered about this moment 5 years ago….would she cry? Would I cry? Would she grab my leg and hold on tight? No, she did none of those things. She simply looked at me with a huge smile on her face, hugged and kissed me goodbye and assured me she was going to be fine. I was so proud of her!
   No, not that kind of baby! And no, not the baby below! My new baby I am excitedly referring to is this new blogsite! I’m so excited to finally have new branding along with the blogsite! It’s been a long time coming and I’m so happy to finally reveal it! All of my posts and images from my previous blog are located here and everything is organized into categories! I love shooting boudoir… especially at Hotel Zaza and especially with a client who is up for anything! AND I mean up for ANYTHING! However, she requested to remain anonymous…hence, the headless images 🙂
Your fifth birthday is tomorrow and I cannot believe it! 5 beautiful years have gone by in the blink of an eye. I wish I could remember every single moment, but sorry to disappoint you…your mom is not the super mommy that you might think she is. I do, however, remember the day you were born, your smiles you gave me as a baby, the time you left me a BIG surprise in your crib, dancing with you, your first haircut, the first time in daycare, and many many more. I never want to forget all your sweet hugs and kisses and all the “I love yous.” You are intelligent, curious, friendly, inquisitive, fun, beautiful, caring, thoughtful, an achiever, talented and most importantly, you are YOU! Everything about you is perfect and every day is a new adventure. Your smile keeps me going and you are truly the best gift I have ever received. Nothing will ever make me more happy. I love you and wish you the best 5th birthday ever! Love, Mommy
